Role Overview

This is a foundational role on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer/ Technical team. As a junior consultant or intern, you’ll assist with the implementation, customization, and support of MS D365 FinOps solutions—working under guidance from senior consultants to deliver value and learn along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and configuring MS D365 FnO modules under guidance
• Help translate business requirements into technical configurations and simple customizations
• Support data migration and system integration tasks
• Create and maintain documentation on system configurations | customizations
• Troubleshoot basic system-related issues and escalate complex tickets
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and test enhancements
• Provide support to end users as part of hands-on learning and knowledge-building

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Passion for technology, ERP systems, and a keen desire to learn and grow hands-on
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to X++, Visual Studio, or Azure DevOps—even through coursework or personal experimentation
• Basic SQL or reporting familiarity
• A genuine interest in mastering ERP modules like manufacturing, supply chain, or finance—especially in D365 F&O context
