About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Functional Support Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You’ll be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support for our customers across cloud ERP platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps) and other integrated business applications.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in ERP support and a passion for cloud-based solutions who’s ready to expand their knowledge across Microsoft’s modern workplace ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financials, supply chain, sales, and reporting modules
  • Support users across Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and Power Platform
  • Assist in triage, resolution, and escalation of support tickets within SLAs
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles
  • Communicate effectively with end users to understand their issues and guide them through solutions
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants on complex issues and improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT or application support, ideally with MS Dynamics 365 FinOps and SCM Modules
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM Modules)
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform is highly desirable
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Logical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Hands-on in support environments – handling user tickets, troubleshooting issues, and performing functional configurations
  • Comfortable working with business users to resolve functional problems

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Microsoft 365 Fundamentals beneficial
  • ITIL Foundation or relevant service management frameworks
