Role Overview

The role calls for a motivated and highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics 365 FinOps Developer/ Technical Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

The Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (FnO) Technical Consultant/Developer will be responsible for the customization, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The role involves working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. The candidate is required to have experience in Manufacturing and Advanced Warehousing implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (FnO) solutions.
• Design and develop extensions using X++ and other Microsoft tools.
• Create integrations with external systems using Power Platform, Azure Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform system configuration, data migration, and report development using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
• Ensure best practices in software development and maintain high coding standards.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for implemented solutions.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and support.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FnO) development.
• Manufacturing & Warehousing Implementation
• Configure and support modules like Production, Master Planning, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory, Procurement, and Demand Planning
• Strong proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in integrating D365 with third-party applications and services.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data migration tools such as DMF (Data Management Framework).
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Understanding of financial and supply chain modules in D365 FnO
• Proven track record in manufacturing and advanced warehousing implementations
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills 
• Resilient and comfortable working in fast changing environments
• Team player and able to work on own initiative
